Thank you for choosing MY Pickleball Time. This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines our approach to refunds and exchanges. By using our services and/or making a purchase on our website, www.pickleballtime.my (the “Site”), you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. No Refunds
All purchases made through MY Pickleball Time, including but not limited to memberships, bookings, and other services, are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it is final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes:
- Credits: No refunds will be provided for credits purchased.
- Bookings: Fees for bookings are refundable with 24 hours cancellation notice.
- Products and Services: Purchases of products or services from our Site are final and non-refundable.
2. Cancellations
2.1. Event and Court Booking Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings may be subject to specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. Cancellation 24 hours prior to start of session will incur full charges paid. A refund will be issued in terms of credit will be issued if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to start of session.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit under exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing. Please note that this does not imply a change to our standard No Refund Policy.
