Terms & Conditions for MY Pickleball Time (MPT) Referral and Loyalty Points Programs

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Referral Program and the Loyalty Points Program (“Programs”) offered by MY Pickleball Time (“MPT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By participating in these Programs, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this document. Please read carefully before participating.
The MPT Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows existing users (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referred Users”) to join MPT and receive benefits. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following:
To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a registered MPT user.
Referrers must have an active account with MPT to send invitations.
Referred Users must be new to MPT and have not previously signed up.
Referrers can refer friends, family, or colleagues to MPT by sharing a unique referral link or code provided by MPT.
Referred Users must register for MPT using the referral link or code to ensure that the Referrer receives the appropriate reward.
Once a Referred User successfully completes the registration process and makes a first order, the Referrer will receive their referral reward.
Referral rewards will be RM30 coupon for both advocate (you) and referred user (your friend/family).
Referral rewards will be issued in a form of COUPON found in Referrer’s MPT account or checkout page once the Referred User has met the conditions of making a first order.
MPT reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time, including changing the types of rewards, eligibility requirements, and referral thresholds.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated by MPT.
MPT reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent activities, including using multiple accounts or referral links for personal gain.
Abuse or violation of the Referral Program’s terms may result in the forfeiture of referral rewards and possible suspension or termination of your MPT account.
The MPT Loyalty Points Program (“Loyalty Program”) rewards registered MPT users (“Participants”) for certain activities within the MPT platform. By participating in the Loyalty Program, you agree to the following:
Loyalty Points are awarded for eligible credit packages with discount coupon as determined by MPT.
For every Ringgit spent on MPT shop, user will receive 1 point.
MPT reserves the right to adjust the points structure or value at any time without notice.
Loyalty Points can be redeemed for rewards available through the MPT Loyalty Points platform.
The specific rewards available for redemption will be listed on the MPT platform, and MPT reserves the right to modify these rewards at any time.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Loyalty Points has a validity period of sixty (60) days from date of purchase. To extend the expiry date of the points, user needs to make a purchase to extend for another sixty (60) days. Expired points will be automatically removed from your account.
MPT is not responsible for any points that are lost due to inactivity or expiration.
Points may not be used in combination with other promotions or discounts unless expressly stated by MPT.
MPT reserves the right to invalidate or revoke points if it detects fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
MPT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program and the Loyalty Points Program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or the MPT platform.
MPT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in any of the Programs at its discretion if it believes you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in unethical behavior, fraud, or misuse of the Programs.
By participating in the Referral Program or the Loyalty Points Program, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined in MPT’s Privacy Policy.
MPT is not responsible for any issues arising from the misuse or technical failure of the Programs, including any issues with the referral tracking system, redemption of loyalty points, or the delivery of rewards.
By participating in the Referral and Loyalty Programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact MPT customer support.
